Isabelle Kaiser (1866-1925) a d\u00e9crit Beckenried dans ses \u0153uvres comme \u00ab le plus beau village au bord du plus beau lac \u00bb. Les habitants de Beckenried l\u2019appellent encore ainsi aujourd\u2019hui : \u00ab S\u2019scheescht\u00e4 Dorf am scheenscht\u00e4 See \u00bb, traduit par : \u00ab Le plus beau village au bord du plus beau lac \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beckenried, situ\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re unique sur le lac des Quatre-Cantons et avec la zone de loisirs Klewenalp-Stockh\u00fctte juste \u00e0 sa porte, se trouve \u00e0 435 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude et compte un peu plus de 3 700 habitants. Beckenried fut le premier lieu dans le canton de Nidwald \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le tourisme, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avant 1850. La construction du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique de Klewenalp a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 1933 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une initiative priv\u00e9e. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, la mauvaise accessibilit\u00e9 des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de montagne et des exploitations alpines fut le point de d\u00e9part de l\u2019id\u00e9e du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique. Les initiateurs avaient \u00e9galement en t\u00eate le potentiel touristique. Le trafic d\u2019excursion et les sports d\u2019hiver se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au-del\u00e0 des attentes, et \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers, les installations de t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 agrandies. Le premier t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique (1933) avait 12 places par cabine (qui ne pouvaient \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement occup\u00e9es pour des raisons de licence), le second (1936) en avait 20, le troisi\u00e8me (1955) d\u00e9j\u00e0 40, et le quatri\u00e8me, mis en service en 1972, pouvait accueillir 80 personnes par cabine. En 1999, le t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique de Klewenalp a fusionn\u00e9 avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique Emmetten-Stockh\u00fctte, formant l\u2019actuelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Bergbahnen Beckenried-Emmetten AG.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9t\u00e9, Beckenried est le point de d\u00e9part d\u2019activit\u00e9s inoubliables. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019une croisi\u00e8re sur le lac des Quatre-Cantons, d\u2019une randonn\u00e9e vers l\u2019impressionnante gorge de Risleten et les traces de dinosaures laiss\u00e9es par les Iguanodontid\u00e9s qui vivaient autrefois \u00e0 Beckenried, ou d\u2019une mont\u00e9e en t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Klewenalp, o\u00f9 des sentiers de randonn\u00e9e vari\u00e9s, des pistes cyclables, des jardins d\u2019escalade, des auberges de montagne, des aires de barbecue et des terrains de jeux vous attendent \u2013 il y a beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 Beckenried.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019hiver \u00e0 Beckenried se concentre principalement sur la zone de sports d\u2019hiver Klewenalp-Stockh\u00fctte. Environ 70 personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es ont particip\u00e9 et ont pu d\u00e9couvrir les coulisses de cette manifestation, qui placera le canton de Nidwald sous les feux des projecteurs internationaux gr\u00e2ce aux deux points forts situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Beckenried et Emmetten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation, Hans Gallati, s\u2019est dit ravi de l\u2019accueil positif et du large soutien exprim\u00e9 envers l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas quelque chose de naturel \u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9, car en plus des images impressionnantes attendues, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement entra\u00eene \u00e9galement des contraintes pour les habitants. L\u2019un des d\u00e9fis majeurs \u00e0 relever est, par exemple, la gestion des places de parking limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9union, l\u2019enthousiasme des participants \u00e9tait palpable. Nombre d\u2019entre eux sont eux-m\u00eames des cyclistes passionn\u00e9s ou pratiquent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le v\u00e9lo, et ils consid\u00e8rent comme un privil\u00e8ge le fait que le plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif de Suisse passe directement \u00e0 leur porte. Le canton de Nidwald, au c\u0153ur de la Suisse centrale, jouera \u00e0 nouveau un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement cycliste majeur en 2025. La 7e \u00e9tape vers Emmetten et le contre-la-montre en montagne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la Stockh\u00fctte promettent un final captivant pour le Tour de Suisse 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019int\u00e9grer un contre-la-montre en montagne de Beckenried \u00e0 la Stockh\u00fctte vient de Heinz Rutishauser, directeur des remont\u00e9es m\u00e9caniques Beckenried-Emmetten AG. Passionn\u00e9 de cyclisme sur route et de VTT, Rutishauser a rapidement convaincu les organisateurs de la Tour de Suisse de la faisabilit\u00e9 de son projet.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, ce projet devient r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Le Tour de Suisse 2025 d\u00e9butera le 15 juin \u00e0 K\u00fcssnacht et se terminera avec la 7e \u00e9tape \u00e0 Emmetten. Le contre-la-montre de Beckenried \u00e0 la Stockh\u00fctte constituera le point d\u2019orgue le jour suivant. Un grand festival populaire est pr\u00e9vu le week-end des 21 et 22 juin 2025 autour de Beckenried et Emmetten, attirant non seulement les passionn\u00e9s de cyclisme, mais aussi des visiteurs de toute la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce parcours attractif, le Tour de Suisse revient \u00e0 Nidwald apr\u00e8s 12 ans d\u2019absence. La derni\u00e8re fois, Buochs avait \u00e9t\u00e9 la ville h\u00f4te, servant de point de d\u00e9part et d\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation nouvellement form\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tapes Beckenried-Emmetten a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 son travail. Il est dirig\u00e9 par Heinz Rutishauser et compos\u00e9 de personnalit\u00e9s locales reconnues, dont le pr\u00e9sident de la commune d\u2019Emmetten, Anton Mathis, ainsi que trois membres ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 contribu\u00e9 au succ\u00e8s de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9dition \u00e0 Buochs.
